What ever happened to the Cajun Chef? I used to watch his show occasionally. I still use Milsonisms when I cook, like ...add a little ON-YON. OOEE! I am assuming that someone on this board will know.

Definite Cajun imposter. Accent was fake, everything. Granted he did cook some good food and like to drink

He always said he was "Half Bleed"

Along with others, had a lot to do with Cajun food and tradition going nationwide

He lived in Lacombe Louisiana for a little while. I think he did his show from there too.

He retired in MS on a lake outside of McComb. Good friend of mine was his neighbor in the 90s.

I met him a couple of times and he autographed a couple of books I brought him.
