Jell-O shots shelf life

Made a bunch of Jell-O shots for Halloween night. Ate about half. Other half have sat since in my garage fridge.
Y’all think they would still be good to consume tomorrow night for NYE?

Sugar could technically feed some kind of bacterial growth or something (unless you used sugar-free jello), but you'd think the alcohol level would prevent that.

If you made them plenty boozy, I'd think health-wise they'd be fine (other than alcohol being technically a poison). Like the other poster said, the consistency might have deteriorated. I'd just open one and smell, if it smells fine, then taste one. If it tastes fine, then go crazy.
