I see now the 6 oz serving size threw me off. Who serves 6 oz jamb plates? I never have. My rule of thumb is 7 to 8 servings per gallon so I said that. Turns out looking at his final test run he used 6.5 gallons using an 8 oz cup so I wasnt too far off. Jamb is always something i've always made more of than I need just in case I guess and I use more meat than the calculator suggests most times as well that uses more pot space.
