Not a fan of Shrimp in Jambalaya

Shrimp is done before the rice is.

Wont even comment on the tomatos.

That said I am a little burnt out on Jambayala.
Not to mention my neighbor invited me over for the game... His wife is cooking .... Jamabalaya

Oh, come on. Give me a bit more credit than that. I knew it would probably spiral down the tubes but I was hoping we could all be adults and it wouldn't. A girl can always dream, can't she?

I like both but even in New Orleans I see brown 75% of the time. This is in homes or at parties, not restaurants. I prefer brown fwiw.

First time I had it was here, and I was like: "what the heck is this stuff?"

Only place I know in Laffy that offers Red is Joeys Meat Market. There may be others, but Laffy is a brown market.
