I had dinner last night in Kingwood TX at this local cajun restaraunt called Zachary's and had one of the best dishes of my life. Jambalaya pasta containing andouille, jumbo shrimp, crawfish tails, and a whole blackened chicken breast. I went light on the andouille and it had the perfect amount of spice/flavor. If you live in the Houston area it is definitely worth the drive to try this dish.

Used to go there when I lived in Kingwood....ok for around here. My one complaint was that he didn't offer potato salad, especially to have with gumbo.

If pastalaya is the signature dish of this place, then they probably won't last long.

They have a lot of good options from poboys that are overflowing to fish dishes and Abita on tap.
Very good place and big LSU fans!!!

The rest of the menu looks awesome as well. Pretty solid for Houston.
