Bump

Starts tonight with the champ of champs cookoff for both Jambalaya and cracklins, the rest of us will get to cooking tomorrow for the preliminaries and Sunday for the finals

So, it's not JFA rules, which is a plus. Are you supplying your own ingredients?

not JFA rules per say, as you can bring your own seasoning, not cooking on wood fire, using pork and sausage vs just chicken, but IS being judged by the JFA....which I know you and I disagree on , but I feel it is a plus...everyone knows what the judges are looking for.

they supply all ingredients except seasoning, and no kitchen bouquet or coloring agents
