Their regular salsa has a distinct taste to me that I love. What kind of salsa recipe should I search for to get something close? Looking to make something similar this weekend

It looks like a pretty standard restaurant style salsa like this. They may add a some cumin to it and they fire grill some of the tomatoes on a char griller.

I too love Izzo's salsa. I think the roasting does a lot for the flavor. If they still have it, Zapp's salsa was very similar. I've been trying to make a decent restaurant style salsa for a decade and haven't found one i like that much. sigh

Same. I had somebody at work make something extremely similar and couldn’t find out to ask them.

My favorite salsas need lime, garlic, and cilantro.. fire roasted as well
