some herbs and spices, some green apples, tomato paste, a couple of limes, butter, peanut oil, some pecans, some peanuts, some salsas and all the other usual kitchen condiments.
But no outdoor grill... just a stovetop and an oven.
What would you prepare and how would you cook it?

heat oven to 450* ; add 4T butter, 2T canola oil, and fresh herbs in cast iron skillet ... place in oven
when the herbs start sizzling, add salmon filet ... cook 1-2 minutes each side , depending on how you like your salmon
remove filet and set aside in plate , using same skillet with herbs place on stove top over medium heat - add 2T fresh lemon (or lime) juice , capers, and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream ... add S&P to taste , you can also add a 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
stir several minutes until sauce thickens, remove from heat and add 1T of butter. Stir til butter dissolves and spoon over salmon and steamed vegetables
it will resemble this
