Actually, he is. You’re both right...it is accessible, but the location is FUBAR, sort of.

I'll admit its not as bad as I make it out to be, but I can't think of anything that lasted over there in the 17 years I lived there..The sonic up the road is ancient compared to that area but its on the main drag if I remember correctly..and Peking...can't forget that gem

Walkon’s can likely survive, but that is about as shitty a placement as possible. That ground was more suitable for extension of the dilapidated trailer park to the south of it, or a wonderful self storage facility.

So you’d eat elsewhere because you’d have to wait a couple of extra minutes to turn left at a red light? You’d really let that affect your decision making?

And the one that closed down was Lone Star.

yes, ease of access does make a difference when there are 15 other chains that sling the same product...and I'm not sure I could pass Peking to go to WalkOns

I was probably at that intersection before you were born?
If it’s really too big of a problem for you, you don’t have to go, do you.?

Btw, it doesn’t seem to cripple the thousands that go to the Golden Corral, maybe they could assist or give some driving lessons to you?

Was just about to post this. That place stays packed so obviously access is not an issue. I probably would have located it somewhere else but I am sure they will still pack them in.

You were comparing Sonic out on Thomas with walk ons.. So, pulling into sonic, eating a hot dog and tater tots in your truck is comparable and would influence you to do that instead of having a decent burger or whatever, drinking a beer and sitting in the air conditioning, probly with some decent looking young waitresses?Yes, great comparison! Btw, does Sonic have a light with a left turn arrow on it that will allow you to safely and speedily cross Thomas into their parking lot, I forget.?

Since you insinuated that I didn’t know anything about that intersection and you were born in the early year of 81, I will tell you that I had been driving for many years before you were born, child. If you don’t want to go to walk ons, pull into Sonic,,, same thing, right?
Go whine about something else.

If restaurants are the only places you can buy alcohol on Sundays, its a shite law. I saw they are trying to change it though so hopefully it passes soon. The owner of Calhoun Groceries actually hired a lawyer to help change it. All of Ouachita parish is being looked at.

that explains why you can't comprehend my statements, I merely pointed out other things in that area that are easier to get to...Have fun smelling like the paper mill while you eat your gourmet chain burger and wonder if your car has been vandalized by the neighborhood trailer trash..

When I worked there in 2005-2006 it is what we had to do. I'm glad they changed that
