Me and my wife have to go pick something up in Shreveport tomorrow and I was wondering if there’s a place between here and there with solid King Cake?

In the Shreveport area, it's either Southern Maid or Sunshine Bakery. All the others are over-rated.

Exactly.

Just stop by Rouses. No worse than any of them and better than most.

There are several bakeries in Lafayette, none too close to the interstate. Pouparts and Keller’s are two of the better ones.
