Is there a difference in All Clad and All Clad Metalcrafters?

I picked this up today for $8. You could barely make out it was All Clad. I’ve done cleaned up the outside some.
Is this a garden variety pan or more of a top end?

I also saw that they have lifetime warranty. Do you know if that includes the non-stick surface. It’s pretty nice but not perfect.

he business was founded by metallurgist John Ulam, in 1967, as a manufacturer of bonded metals, including coinage for the U.S. Mint, avionics, and ballistics.[1] The company was instrumental in the shift to bonded metal coins.[1]

The company's move to cookware happened by accident, when Ulam made a pan for his personal use.[1] All-Clad Metalcrafters was established in 1971 to sell this cookware.[2] Bloomingdale's picked up the brand two years later, for its upscale housewares department. In 1988, All-Clad Metalcrafters was purchased by Pittsburgh Annealing Box Co.[3] and in 2004, it was bought by the French conglomerate Groupe SEB.[2]

That does not look like any of the All Clad pots or pans I have (specifically the handle and the writing on the bottom). It's either a very old pan and they have since changed their look, or, more likely, I think it's a cheaper, lower quality pan they make to be sold at discount stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc) to be bought by people who think they're getting a deal on an All Clad pan. Just my guess though.

It looks like the cheap ones I bought as a set on Amazon so you're probably right. Pretty sure they are made in China but they've actually held up better than any other nonstick cookware I've owned.

I think this is it.
Same bottom, based on the pic of it in the dishwasher.
