Sure something else is probably better with a good dinner, but I'm not drinking IPAs in the fricking sun all day, so deal with it.

There is more to beer than Miller Lite and IPAs... but to each their own.

That you enjoy drinking Miller Lites when you're going to be drinking all day. Like I said, to each their own.

No body wants to drink saisons or blonde ales all day either, boo. If I'm looking for something to pound, it's a good American brewed lager

I don't want to drink anything all day. Variety, my man.

I prefer to start with the big DIPAs and barleywines... really let my palate know what sort of day it's going to be. Then I transition to the session IPAs, then into saison/wheat beers/sours. I try to bring the abv down a notch, gotta sober up for the BBA stouts and Belgian strong ales to finish off the night.

for some of you, of course

eta: I have a certain family member who won't drink a beer unless it's in a glass. I'm starting to think he might actually post on this site

you really think it has anything to do with the price?

I prefer my beer in a glass

I hate drinking beer out of a bottle, but if I'm on the beach or on the water, cans are fine

If you look at the alcohol percentages and the prices, plenty of craft beer is just as cheap as that crap you're drinking

The amount of alcohol/dollar you get per 6 pack

I turned down a bud light last weekend and opted for a water. The water was free, so it was a no brained.

I actually had a Miller Lite for the first time in a looong time last week

one of my neighbors helped me out with something, so I bought him a case of ML (his request) and when I brought it to him he asked for me to join him for one

I obliged, but goddamn those first couple of sips were hard to suck down
