My attempt today.

Simple (salt skin side only, and after browning, I added black pepper) as can be, and delicious as can be.

Garnished with parsley.

Toof what's the marinade recipe? I love Al Pastor but every time I've tried it the taste is different.

I am making hibachi on the blackstone for my brother and sister's birthdays on Thursday and was thinking about subbing out boneless thighs for breasts. Has anyone tried this? Figured it would give it better flavor.

Not sure exactly what you are saying, but breasts suck compared to thighs flavor wise.

Sorry for the confusion. I usually do chicken breasts when I do hibachi. I was thinking of doing thighs instead. I agree and that's what I was thinking too, appreciate it.

I use this rub, and combine w/ olive oil and marinade for 24 hours.
