Rivals (sports bar) across from the Borden ice cream shop gets honorable mention from me. I think my favorite part was the locally baked Ciabatta bread. Not saying it's the best, but it's a little known option for a decent burger.

The Station in Broussard is excellent. Nice scenery to boot. Dix has a good burger too, they have some delicious plate lunches as well. Their wait staff is a plus as well.

I've been a few times they have some pretty good stuff on the menu. Never had the burger though.

Fat Pats is tops for me, if you like it cooked well.

Back in the day, Max's was pretty good. I haven't been in a while.

Not a fan of South Side or Judice Inn. Southside's bread is good, meat not so much. Judice has been around forever and I think they are over rated big time. Just my opinion.
