Girl's night tonight. My turn to pick...I am drawing a complete blank for this...Doesn't matter where in BR. Just as long as this place has good booze and "scenery" (no quiet places)..

I imagine this will get moved the the F&D Board.
Are you looking for a restaurant or a bar? You only indicated booze as a consumptive requirement, which seems to imply a bar would be adequate. Are y'all eating?

The Grape Perkins Rowe - nice courtyard.
Superior - sit on the patio to avoid smelling like it after.
