You're right. I should never try anything new ever again. It was silly of me.

I was curious how it measured up to it's claims. Now I know. I'm not sorry if that bothers some of y'all.

Figured it would sit in my freezer like the black bean burgers I bought, which I liked, but not enough to reach for it again.

Here’s what I don’t understand, which isn’t directed towards you.. why not just eat a black bean/corn/chilies etc pre made patties or make them yourself? If you want to be vegetarian then eat vegetables? Why make a terrible scientific experiment with all kinds of processed stuff in it to make it taste and look “like” meat.

OMG! How do you eat up ground up cows? I mean, they were living creatures..... oh wait, let’s make up a goup of crap that looks like ground meat, but made up of vegetables and shite you despise in boxed foods. That’s okay....

My wife likes some of those black bean type deals and some aren’t bad. Again, it’s made with beans, corn and some types of chilies/peppers. Why do these people have this crazy need to make everything taste like something they don’t want to eat?

I mean hell.... we’re eating vegetable soup for the first couple of days this week... no meat in it. I’ll be damned if I want all of my vegetables to taste and look like meat. I’d prefer them to be vegetables that taste like vegetables... just doesn’t make sense.
