Zach,
I just have to know- don't you ever sneak a piece of cheese when you're traveling or at home alone? Or can she smell it on your breath?

True story. About 7 years ago I was at a convention that had pizza with cheese. I had not eaten cheese in 8 years. I ate two pieces and it tasted great. But I later had horrible indigestion.

It seems that if your body becomes unaccustomed to a food, going back to that food can make you sick.

I had the same experience with eggs. Didn't have any scrambled eggs for 5 years. Had some. Got sick. Now I have them once a week and I'm fine with it.

Same thing with alcohol. If I get accustomed to two cocktails before dinner and then go on a trip where I drink no alcohol for a week, then when I get home those two drinks hit me hard.

But like I said. If I really craved cheese it wouldn't be pizza. It would be some slices of sharp cheddar or dry Swiss with a glass of red wine. Haven't had that in 15 years.

Went back to IHOP today. Had the pot roast melt sandwich, potato soup, cinnastack french toast, hash browns, 2 eggs O/M, 2 sausage links, and my wife's short stack. Healthy? No. Delicious? Yes.

Depends on size, weight, age and metabolism.
One of my buddies in college was Robert. He ate breakfast after me because I had early morning classes and he didn't.
But Robert had lunch with me and it included 4 entrees, 4 sides, 2 glasses of milk, 2 glasses of water, 2 glasses of lemonade and 1 desert.
Here's a pic of him:
