I usually go with a potato bun if buying at home.

White bread has so many additives in it that are bad for you like azodicarbonamide which is used in yoga mats

Not sure I have ever eaten a burger on a brioche bun. I do like a burger on a jalapeno ciabatta bun though.

A good burger and my favorite is served in Crowley at the golf course Bayou Bend. If you find yourself in Crowley then try this place out.
The Smash burger which is a newer type of burger is good also. Golden Nugget has a burger joint Bill's Burger and awesome. I like the new smash burger
Twins in Lafayette has a great burger also
