It really is the bomb. It's the first one I tried years ago and I won't even try anything else.

Agreed, all I use. Convienent to throw it on some chicken the night before and let it do its thing.

I recently used it to marinate a beer can drunken chicken. The stuff is fantastic. Their hot sauce is also good.

This was recommended to me on the BBQ leg quarters topic, where can get some?

Amazon has it and also World Market if you have one close by.

I just blindly ordered a 2 pack on amazon based on y’all’s comments and the10-0 upvotes.

What I like to do it mix it with a bit of brown sugar and coconut oil. Rub it all over the chicken (I prefer leg quarters) and marinate overnight, or at least 6 hours. Make sure you get it under the skin good. And you might want to put on some gloves for prep. Touch your privates, nose or eyes, even after washing your hands, and you will regret it.
I grill over lump charcoal, about a medium heat to brown, and then low heat until done. I throw lots and lots of wet apple wood chips on the charcoal throughout the cook.
As I told some on the Auburn board, if you don’t like it, I’ll Venmo you back the money you spent.

Yeah, their Fire Stick hot sauce is very, very good. It’s hot as a mother, but it has great flavor.

Yep. I recommended it in a thread recently.
I drove past my World Market today and it looks like they're still closed, fyi.

Every single Jamaican I've met out here in Atlanta swears by the stuff. First and only brand name out their mouth.
I keep it in the fridge.

Texas folk you can find it at HEB too

I'll try it out; there is apparently also a mild version. The company's backstory--starting out as a cooperative farm and expanding into seasonings--is a good one.

They are a customer of mine. I sell them the plastic safety seal around the cap. They have a really cool operation.
