What type of cuisine would you serve?

Where would you open it?

What would the name be?

Why would I give away my ideas? I'm making millions off my restaurant chain and you're not getting a dime

I would open a serious pizza and Italian wine joint similiar to A16 in San Francisco.

LINK

I'm not sure there's a market in New Orleans for this type of place, but I know I love it. They make great Neapolitan pizza, and the wine list is focused on some of the more obscure wine locales in Italy.

We're talking daydreams here, there's no point in being critical over something that would be fun for that person.

In any case, I'm pretty sure that when Louisiana Lagniappe opened, there was someone saying "Another seafood place in Baton Rouge?"

I would open an Ice Cream Shop, call it 'Swensens', and put it in the LSU Union, right where the McD's is....

I'd serve Southern style soul food, similar to Silver Moon Cafe and Paula Dean, and I'd call it Rebecca's in honor of my grandmother's deceased old black cook who basically raised a bunch of white kids who weren't her own. She put out a ten-course meal every Sunday and refused to eat in the dining room with the rest of us and ate by herself in the kitchen.

I can't believe I forgot there was an ice cream place there.

When it closed, I'd end up going to the little ice cream place the Dairy Sciences department ran, next to Tureaud Hall.

Would not want a restaurant...but would consider a B&B....very limited menu and themed based..each night the area would be decorated and the menu matched to the nights theme...Spanish, Italian, Cajun, etc.

just a dream...

I'd drop plenty of money at a place like that.

One of the best breakfasts that I've had in my entire life was actually at a B&B in Natchitoches.

I'd open an international curry house

You'd have Japanese curries, Indian curries, Thai curries, Vietnamese curries etc...

Basically nothing but curry and some rice/bread and Azn desserts to wash it down.

It would be fricking awesome if I knew what market it would succeed in.
