I've been to maybe half of those and some are really good.

"Unforgettable Upscale Dining Experiences:"
Brennan's - really unforgettable?
Commander's Palace - really unforgettable?

both are good but I don't know about unforgettable.

"Only in New Orleans, Upscale Traditional"

Galatoire's - yes and absolutey love it

"Only in New Orleans, Casual traditional"
High Hat - great stuff
Liuzza's by the Track - was not impressed at all
Rosedale - midlly impressive

"Modern Upscale"

Peche - personal favorite
Palm & Pine - total waste of time, was dumb

"Global Flavors"

Costera - was decent but not memorable

Saffron - gotta be kidding me, compared to Mantra in Metairie which is not on the list??? GTFO no way.

"Outside the City"
Mosca's - complete waste of time
Siether's - good stuff, top 30 probably not

Not on the list and surprising
Mantra Indian
Yakuza House sushi (some of the best I've had in the world)
August
La Boulangerie
Lillette & Bouligny

No longer aruond or worthy
Liuzzas after the buyout- went from my favorite sandwich to total suck
Carrolton Market - was amazing, the owner was a total dbag

As far as best outside the city I'd add Sal & Judy's. Best Italian in the state imo.
