That I may be scared of, raw horse just aint my thing and I would have a hard time convincing myself it was not a traditional tartare.

The steak tartar at Capital Grille is amazing. Highly recommend it.

I went to the location in Houston.

Probably my favorite appetizer at a good restaurant. If I go to a place that has it, I’m getting it.

Try carpacio instead. It's raw steak but cut razor thin like you'd get shaved deli meat. Absolutely delicious.

Yeah, I like carpaccio better than tartare. Revolution makes a venison version with walnuts and golden raisins. It’s tasty.
