I put 1 lb of hot dogs in my dirty rice and it is delish!

I used Tony's dirty rice mix from the box
Doubled the rice (white parboiled)
1 lb of ground turkey
1 lb of hot dogs (ground using a fork)
Tony's on the meat while still in the skillet
It came out creamy!
Had no idea it'd be this good. Did I happen upon a new thing in my concoction, or is hot dogs in dirty rice already a thing?

Purried hot dogs in red beans and rice = Popeyes Red Beans and Rice.
Liver in dirty rice > hot dogs

I actually heard a guy on the radio one day talking about replicating popeyes red beans by sticking a bunch of hot dogs in a blender and mixing it in.
