What's the best lunch spot off the interstate between Vicksburg and Shreveport? Going from Bham to Tyler. Want a good, local place.

The fried shrimp at Beechwood are like a sore Dick. Goldie's BBQ is also pretty good. The Frontage Road location is not as good as the old one on the hill, but I try to give them a few coins when I pass through there at lunch time. I am hoping Mrs4 is down with Goldie's lunch tomorrow on my trek to the Mecca.
