Yep. I vacuum pack and freeze single portions (good handful size of pork) and they just drop them in a pot of hot water for a few minutes. Money.

Going to start doing this. Pulled pork is so damn good.

put the bag in a pot of hot water and it will stay moist. that's how I reheat mine that I vac seal.
