Never made them with breakfast sausage. I'll have to give that a try. I usually do boneless, skinless chicken thighs stuffed with chaurice and half a deveined jalapeño. Always a huge hit.

Breakfast sausage for noon games, chorizo/hot italian/chicken thighs for anything later
