Depends on the uniqueness of your order and the amount you tip.

I once had a female barkeep slip me a roofy at a bar in Baton Rouge.

Let's just say I did not press charges.

Can't remember me.

I feel bad for someone like this as I am at times lacking when it comes to putting faces with names.

It kind of depends on what kind of bar we are talking about. My neighborhood bar has great bartenders and they def. know my name. I do think it's great that they introduce themselves to you and try to have conversation as time allows.
Having good interactions with your bartender goes a long way toward making a place feel comfortable.

First Pels game of the season, I got a double screwdriver w/ Grey Goose at one of the bars in the concourse. It was $16, so I gave her a $20 and told her to keep the change. Went back after halftime, and she remembered my drink. Next game she was already fixing my drink as I walked up to the counter. I was impressed by that. So all season she has been getting a 25% tip, and every single time she already has the ice in the cup and is pouring by the time I hit the counter. I appreciate service like that - especially at a stadium where they are serving a hell of a lot of customers (and I'm sure Pelicans fans are drinking heavily this season ).
