I just boiled 3 sacks in 2 batches in my 100 qt on Saturday. So around 70lbs without all of the fixings.

did this for a party...

without any fixings.. you can fit 60-65 lbs (2 sacks)

just dont freak out if the water does top over until it levels out

About 55-60#s will be pushing it. You can do 3 sacks in w boils with a 100 qt but you won't have much room for anything else.

did CajunLand this past weekend.

2 sacks and used CL on both.

I have boiled with Chackbay 3 times, La twice (that is my go to) and now Cajun Land this season

Some loved chackbay, some loved La, and some loved CL.

I'm sure it holds a lot more but that's how much the sack weighed that I boiled

Did it the other day, I cooked all the potatoes first and then removed them (usually leave em in with the crawfish) then did 107 lbs with the rest of fixins in 2 batches packed to the brim. So roughly 53.5 with fixins.

Why are you doing the fixings separately? Seems like a pain

I've squeezed 2 sacks in a 100 quart before. But it was pretty tight.

I always boil my potatoes and fixins first. I don't like mashed up potatoes, I rather them be nice and pretty. Also if I'm boiling 2 sacks I'll hook up my turkey fryer pot and do the vegetables in it and boil crawfish in my big pot.
