100 adults or 100 adults/kids? If 100 adults, 300#, if 100 adults/kids, 250# and I would expect leftovers.

Kids dont eat crawfish very efficiently, and if the parents are going to peel for them they dont want to peel very many. I stand by 250# considering the other food.

Yeah I didn't think about the kids, should I just go to a regular place to buy these or find someone else? I can get them anywhere from lafayette to New Orleans, so travel isn't a problem

250 -300 sounds right. The 5lbs per rule is what I use for a small gathering of fellow fat dudes who eat the shite out of crawfish. At a big party, chicks eat other stuff and are good for 1-2 lbs generally. Kids don't eat much either.

Its worth shopping around if you can for that much. Some places will give you a discount at certain poundages.
