How Long to Cook a Ham

I have a Smithfield spiral cut that’s already been hickory smoked per the label. What internal temp am I looking for and what temp should I cook at?

15-20mins per pound till IT 140-145, grill temp 250

What he said. If you’re doing it in oven, loosely cover with foil.

I def cover in foil and add more molasses and brown sugar after 30 mins. A 5# take about and hour on 325.

I do 10 minutes per pound at 325. Did one for a party the other day and it came out great.

If you peel the label off the wrapper there are cooking instructions on the back side

Everyone said 10 mins per pound but it’s been in oven for an hour and only gone up 10 degrees at 350

Did you start it at room temperature? Spread out the folds add some sweet liquid recover and turn it up a tad.

No I took it out of the fridge. Didn’t read anywhere you were supposed to start at Room Temp

You don’t need to. My past experience dong high heat is it comes out drier.
