How long is Boudin good for in the refrigerator?

Question is in the title. I've had a few sticks of boudin in my refrigerator for a a little over a week in a box. Wondering if it will make me sick if I eat it today

Reporting back. I ate 3 big ol sticks of it with a roll of ritz crackers today at lunch. Still haven't thrown up. Not shitting through a screen door. Thanks guys
