How long does hogs head cheese last?

Bought from Best Stop this weekend and it's been in the fridge until today. Still good? Usually mine never makes it past the day of.

It depends. When I buy stuff from Rouses or Savoies..etc, it last a couple weeks.
When i buy it from Best Stop it goes bad within a week.
It's probably the preservatives.
ETA: But smell it. If it smells fine, it IS fine.
