How is Not Your Mama's in Livonia or Camille's in Erwinville These Days?

I think I ate there maybe 10 years ago and it was okay. Nothing spectacular, but good enough. Have to take my Mom on a day trip and that would be a convenient stopping place time wise and location wise to get lunch.
Haven't ever been to Camille's.

Had lunch there a month or so ago. I had an oyster poboy and it was decent. Little Big Cup isn't too far away and it's good too.

it’s good enough but not as good as it could/should be. Easy place to eat though and a really nice building

Get a reservation for little big cup if you choose this option.

Unfortunately, it's off the route and we have a timing issue. Not a leisurely trip.

Not your mamas is convenient. Some of our North LA family also likes Camille's.

Camille's.
That would be the other choice. It would work as well. It's smaller, I think. I've never been there. I think I'll adjust my title and see if I get recs for Camille's.

So over rated, yet well marketed.
The Crab Stack was so damn salty, I asked the waitress to return it.
I NEVER ask to return food to the kitchen.
The waitress said "well, that's Louisiana flavor and that's how the chef chooses to cook it."
WTF
