How do you cook Triggerfish?

Had some last night and blackened it. Was amazing but I was wondering if y’all had any other suggestions on how to cook it?
I’ve been on google but I don’t really trust some of the recipes I’ve read so far.
Triggerfish is great eating and I don’t want to waste my fish with bad recipes, but would like to try something different than just blackened (even though that’s still good eating)
Thanks

I like to leave the fillet on the scales, olive oil and your favorite seasoning.
Throw it on the grill, meat down for a minute or so to char it up a but. Flip the meat over with the scales down. Cook it until you see the meat begin to pull away from the skin and the meat flakes with a fork.
Let it rest and enjoy

Favorite way to eat fish.
When I’m feeling really unhealthy, I melt a stick of butter and continuously baste the meat in the butter as it’s cooking.
