Melt some butter in an iron skillet. Put some Oil in there to keep it from smoking. Slice hot dog long ways down the middle. Butterfly the dog and sear the open side in the pan. Close back up and put in a bun. enjoy.

slit them down the middle. Insert cheese in the middle. Then wrap in a slice of bacon - secured with toothpicks on each end. Bake at 300 or so degrees until bacon is done. Good stuff...but it's a heart attack waiting to happen.
