Damn. If I lived in BR I'd be on that so quick just to have spare parts or something for a tailgate setup. It's sanke, but whatever, that's a easy fix. Plus you could have a sanke tap if you ever needed it.

And damn flaked oats. Second time they've stuck a sparge for us. Used like 3 handfuls of rice hulls too. Wtf?

Did they mill the flaked oats?

They did that to my last order and it made things difficult.

I was told today that they always do that. I was really confused. They said that it is customary to use a lb of rice hulls in every brew at the shop so they never have a problem. Just another reason to get all the grains separate

So, before i call about the keg system on the previous page, what else will i need to buy, assuming the co2 tank is in working condition?

I want to convert my over/under beer fridge to a kegerator through the door with 2 taps, and be able to control each keg with independent CO2 volumes.

From the picture, it looks like it comes with the tank, a regulator, co2 hose, 2 sankey tap connections, and a beer line hose.

From looking at it i think i'll need.

- 2 faucets with shanks
- 2 bulkheads
- 2 ball lock couplers beer out
- 2 ball lock coupler gas in
- A secondary regulator

Basically, i'll need everything in this picture except the tank and hose correct?

Turned out just fine really. Split batch process worked great running of half into other kettle and turning it into a Gose and the other into a wheat beer. May blend them together a little to get the wheat beer where we want it. It's going to be called Wheat-Tart for the competition.

Added some sweet orange peels to it, should be nice.

1lb of rice hulls just seems ridiculous to me. I don't know why I just can't get behind that. I may end up having to do that in the future but damn.

They did but they kept them separate.

Told me that the mill barely touches them so it probably wouldn't matter either way.

You better call and get that secured before it's gone... then worry about what else you'll need.

You'll need to get a different regulator for that generally, I think.

If you end up doing that I'd probably take the current regulator off your hands if you don't end up using it.

Actually, after reviewing some other setups, i believe this might be everything i need if i purchase that other setup.

Difference is this one comes with a single gauge regulator. The craigs list already has a 2 gauge regulator, so I should be able to add this regulator to the bank, correct?

The second gauge on a regulator is just a...I don't even know what it's called but it's worthless really. Tries to show you if you have any gas left in the tank but it's completely worthless.

With the craigslist kit you'd already have one shank and faucet. Would just need another set of those plus tubing and corny connectors.

You'd just take the line off the sanke taps and put the corny connections on the end of the lines.

Bug,

There are a couple of ways you can go about setting up your system, since you want to go to 2 kegs. The easiest and cheapest thing for you to do is to buy a gas splitter to connect to the regulator where the check valve is now, so you can send the gas to two different kegs. My preferred method is to buy a gas manifold

From there you will need another shank and faucet and the keg connections and new tubing. Other than that you should be all good to go. Really good deal on that setup.

They gave me a lb of rice hulls yesterday due to the disasters of the last two brews when I let them be lazy in bagging the grain. A lb of rice hulls is an awful lot of rice hulls.

Well i'll probably be calling up B or LSUGrad to help me set it up for 2 kegs, once i modify the fridge and drill the holes.

If I use a pound in a mash with say 10% or 2lbs of flaked oats it should drain properly?
