Brewing up an extract wheat tomorrow... Thinking of blueberries in secondary, but I need something quick & sessionable for my empty tap handle.

Well my first all-grain will be sunday the 8th. I will make a yeast starter on the friday before, and have everything cleaned and sanitized by thursday.
ETA: Well, i'll have everything sanitized, that needs to be. I've already cleaned all my equipment.

Gonna rack my chocolate stout to secondary tomorrow. Not gonna be a great summer beer in this weather but I'll let it age well until late September/October.
