Had the hatch green chili sausage on the grill. Not bad. How is their andouille?

I use Holmes pecan smoked pork sausage in my jambalaya and gumbo. Being in Fort Worth its about the best i can find.
Good flavor for sure. Ill have to try that hatch version.

Pecan smoked is good (pork and beef) and then jalapeño (beef) is good for what it is.
Nothing super special but I enjoy it for what it is. And it’s actually pretty cheap.

They were grilling the pecan smoked at the ballpark one time and we got some. Of course, we were pretty hungry as the games went long and it was grilled pork, but we thought it was pretty darn good.
