We had Bobs Tacos start up which was formerly Taco Grande’ but I’m not sure they use the same recipe. Certainly don’t have the epic ‘Taco Burger’.

Our family is friends with the owners. As someone stated it was a Blimpie’s before and was set up almost exactly the same. After they built some success a decision was made to not pay for franchise

It WAS a Blimpies before it became Faye’s. The Blimpies franchise wasn’t renewed, so it just changed to Faye’s with essentially the exact same menu.
Regardless, it’s run by good people and is the best option for a quick sandwich downtown

My go to for lunch while at LSU in 75. Blimpie's went to shite after that.
