If you already have a side the 2 chicken breasts marinating are good and easy. Keep in the pan and just throw in the oven. I have been getting the pesto one lately but there are a couple others.

The two I had were the Flank Steak Pinwheel with Feta and spinach inside, and a chicken breast wrapped around aspargus, chesse and proscuitto. Both were good.

And super easy to prepare.

I have nothing to add except that HEB Curbside has changed my life for everyday items.

Meat/produce I will still go and select myself, but off the shelf items, frick trying to find parking at the Montrose HEB on a weekend.

I took it to the laziest extreme and got some things delivered the other day

I went in today since I was buying some meat

On topic - their guac is surprisingly good for store made. I wanted to pick up a shrimp ceviche but I already have enough and don't want anything to go bad. I'll probably pick it up next time I'm in there.
