Headed to Gainsville for a week, training for a new job. Places to eat?

Headed there Sunday. Entering the world of medical device sales. Probably not gonna have alot of extra time but was wondering about some good places to eat. TIA

I've actually dined at their IHOP.
The Swamp is a pretty popular place to go.
There is a cajun/Louisiana style place that is good.

The top is solid and dragonfly downtown is good for sushi
