BBQ Pit boys do some crazy shite, but I enjoy their videos. I saw this one as well and thought it looked interesting. Wonder if the outside is as good as it looks and sounds

My parents do them in one of those oilless fryers. They score the skin and swear it cooks like cracklins on the outside.

The original Franks on airlne used to do that. Theirs look better than the BBQ Boys.
