My wife’s beans are better looking than those

I've had them 3 times already, so obviously I think they're good. They're clearly cooked via the same method as the red beans, because they're the same consistency and flavor profile.
They don't serve them with rice unless you ask. If you don't, they'll serve them straight beans in a cup.

Tried them today for the first time.
Was greeted with a nice smokey aroma when I opened the $1.69 container. Kinda similar to their RBnR smell. When pulling the lid off I had a little bit slosh out onto the arm rest of my Lamborghini, so I knew they were going to be soupy. Sure enough when I dove my spoon in I encountered very little resistance from whole peas and the spoon went right to the bottom of the styrofoam container. I fished around in the liquid liquidity and was only able to snag 2-3 peas in my initial attempt. This process repeated itself a couple more times until I said screw it, picked the container up and drank the rest. Real good flavor. Better than lots of homeade black eyed peas I’ve had. Just no peas. Not sure if it was an issue with the location or if this pea soup is the standard everywhere.
Flavor- A
Texture/consistency- F-
Overall-C
May try again. May not

Did you take that Pic or just downloaded it from the internet?

I love popeye's but the tiny chicken scraps coupled with the small biscuit and barely half filled sides ended my trips there.
I think I went once last year.

No I haven’t eaten fast food in two weeks. I’m not sure the next time I will eat any.
