That's what I'm talking about. A greasy burger served in a slightly darkened place with a "chef" who has a record. Cooked medium with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. None of this smashed shite.

I like smash burgers dont get me wrong
But to be in the category of best burger for me, it needs to be a patty thick enough they have to ask youu how you want it cooked
