Could use some for apple, pear or peach habenero jelly but wouldn't make a dent really.

I'd puree several pints just to have as a spoonable additive when needed. Do you have a deep freeze or an outside freezer? I've pureed jalapeños before and freeze in ice trays. Empty into gallon ziplocs. Just bloop one in a recipe. Chili, taco meat, whatever.

Great diced in homemade ranch, gumbo and salsa (mango/peach is what we like to add the heat to)

Box fan instead of dehydrator.

Put in shower. Turn on bathroom vent.
