Dining at GW Fins tonight with a group of eight.

I haven't been in several years; looking for recommendations for apps and entree.

Thanks!

The menu changes daily depending on what kind of fresh fish is available. You can't go wrong. The server will steer you in the right direction. One time the waiter told me, "I know you came here for seafood but you have to try this duck dish. It is incredible". He was right.

Thanks. The Yelp consensus on entrees appears to be the "Scalibut," but I'll get waiter input for sure.

Scalibut is one of their specialties. You have to resist filling up on the biscuits.

Was there last night. Favorites were: app - fin wings; entree - local drum (chicken skin crusted drum)

Trying to get a reservation here for tonight. Table for 2. Open table only has openings after 10 and that is too late.

Can anyone help?

Did you try calling the restaurant? Sometimes, they save spots that aren't on Open Table. Don't know if they are open right now to take reservations, though.

Go early and have a round of drinks before you order, maybe?

If they are running the fish wrapped in chicken skin, get that! Incredible dish.

The smoked oysters are also a favorite and those biscuits.
