Ground Wild Boar, how to use

Only time I have eaten wild boar was a sausage.
I know burgers is probably a good choice, any other ideas?

Ragu
Grind onions, carrots, celery, fennel, garlic...sweat until translucent...remove veggies when completely dry of moisture, add meat and brown...add veggies back, drain fat and deglaze with red wine...cook out wine add stock...cook down...add tomato sauce and Demi...let cook until spoon stands straight up.

Those are all great ideas. I started to look around and this also sounds interesting. Not sure about all the pasta.

I use pici pasta. It's a Tuscan pasta which is thicker than spaghetti and made with semolina instead of flour. It's much thicker and has a longer cook time than spaghetti. You can make it or order it online.
