Veal bolognese.
When I make bolgnese I use ground veal, ground pork and ground beef. 1lb of each. It's a northern Italian bolognese so it's much more of a meat sauce than southern Italian style bolognese.

There are actually several recipes using ground chicken or ground veal if you do a Google search
Really? Admittedly, I didn't go past the first page but when I google, all the recipes on the first page call for cutlets or scallops (scaloppini). If I google veal parm with ground veal, it comes up veal hamburger parmesan or veal patty parmesan.
My point was, if you go to an Italian restaurant and order veal parm you aren't going to get ground veal and you shouldn't.

I get it MD. Not trying to bash brother. Like I said they look delicious, I just wouldn't call them veal parmesan.

Veal Parmesan is made with veal cutlets. That’s a fact and I think we all know that.
We all understand you can make any recipe, any way you like. I have no problem with the suggestion of veal parm as it relates to this thread. It actually was a good idea in my opinion if you’re trying to use up meat you don’t have a purpose for.
I was trying to joke, which is why I used the word “blasphemy”.
