What's the best homemade ice cream flavor you make.
Mine is Peach but I'm looking for other options...

Peach is my fav homemade as well

Another one I've made is Milky Way chocolate. I'll see if I can find a recipe but it's literally just melted Milky Way bar ice cream

Chocolate peanut butter. Slightly heavier on the peanut butter. Or mint chocolate chip with the mint coming from steeping milk in fresh mint leaves. Had a friend tell me about that one.

I had a butter pecan once that was the best I've had. Never made it though.

I recently made a version of the former Ben and Jerry's Late Night Snack. Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Covered Potato Chip Clusters and Caramel Swirls. It was great

The hardest part was melting the chocolate right to mix with the chips.

Texas pecan pie

I make regular vanilla ice cream as the base. I then make a pecan pie "filling" that I use and swirl into the vanilla ice cream. I then combine a liberal amount of broken up pecan pieces and clusters of pie shells into the ice cream.

i prefer the old school homemade vanilla with evaporated & condensed milk, eggs and whole milk.

all the newer recipes seem to call for cream and i like the more 'icy' flavor that comes from not adding that.

does that make sense? i guess its ice milk and not cream.

I haven't made ice cream, but about a week ago, I had blueberry ice cream at Peche and it was outstanding. Now, I want to make some.

And I usually add a few cups of heavy cream.
