Anybody got any experience with one of these things? Came across my IG feed and looks pretty awesome. Been looking for something to sear meats with but if it lights charcoal too even better. Any preference on MAPP cylinder vs camping cylinder? It has a good review on Amazing Ribs. Might have to add this to the list of dumb things I have purchased during a global pandemic.

I light my charcoal with a similar torch but it doesn't have the "gun" body on it. And mine stays hooked to a propane tank. It gets coals ready to cook on within 5 minutes and it didn't cost 200 dollars.

Very similar to this.

I want one bad it looks fun. Actually probably the Sous Vid gun since I could still light my pit with the SV version. They are pricey tho...I wonder if I can buy them wholesale hmmmm.

I have always heard use MAPP gas when lighting a pit.
